Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Translate client objectives into exceptional strategies. Develop programs that effectively communicate a client’s value proposition. Help brands figure out the role of content in the marketing mix and the consumer decision journey, how and why to invest, and how to measure return on investment.
  • Content Origination: Find and develop stories to tell across all media like video, podcasts, articles, infographics. Work with and manage creative/editorial resources to develop original content. Ensure quality and performance of content created by outside partners/people. Manage and/or oversee content program execution.
  • Media Content Co-Creation: Collaborate with Media colleagues to build strategic campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and deliver innovative solutions to client challenges. Lead ideation sessions, manage partner production and execution of content.
  • Partnerships: Develop and nurture key content partnerships throughout the entire value chain of content. Manage the RFP process for brand content programs when required.
  • Program Execution: Manage and/or oversee content program execution, from pitch process to activation to reporting.
  • Content Analysis: Collaborate with Data & Analytics colleagues to interpret campaign results and highlight key learnings; translate those learnings into actionable recommendations that further improve upon the brand or campaign strategy.
  • Client Relationships: Build trust with clients and further develop the business long-term. You will often be the sole client-facing representative of our practice on an account, serving as a subject matter expert on all things Content.
  • New Business: Serve as a key leader on new business pitches across clients and categories to grow both the Content practice and Publicis Groupe at large
  • Organic Business: Spark new content demand with existing lines of business and sell content offering
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and help lead content thought leadership sessions, Share your POVs and perspectives about content to the marketplace, news organizations, trade shows, etc.
