  • The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
  • Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency in 3D visualization tools, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes themselves as a trusted partner to clients and colleagues so that they are sought out for advice and counsel.
  • Produces compelling creative work that exceeds client needs, utilizing current market trends, competitor intelligence, and innovative thinking.
  • Works in a hands-on capacity internally and with clients to develop the strategy, experiential concepts, and overarching design direction for the experience
  • Lead new campaign pitches – i.e. responsible for connecting ideas, leading creative execution and dynamically present work
  • Leads project review sessions for assigned clients; utilizes information from review sessions to recommend best practices for copy excellence.
  • Supports profitability efforts by encouraging and actively enabling innovation, creativity, and cost efficiency through all Creative Design client activities.
  • Ensures client retention is maximized by delivering custom-tailored solutions to meet clients’ objectives and expectations.
