Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
  • Review, draft, negotiate and manage agreements, primarily for the sponsorship and event departments
  • Review and negotiate third party agreements, such as supply chain agreements, service agreements, software licenses, purchase agreements, rental agreements, construction agreements, confidentiality agreements
  • Draft new template agreements as needed and maintain existing template agreements up to date
  • Provide ancillary support required for the successful execution of events, such as drafting waivers, sweepstakes rules, music licenses and insurance reporting
  • Litigation Management
  • Manage litigation intake, reporting and other initial litigation procedures
  • Communicate and collaborate with insurance carriers and outside law firms

  • Oversee corporate governance and all associated filings
  • Research and advise on laws and regulations applicable to consumer facing marketing, promotions, contests and ticket sales
