Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute on complex litigation strategy in relation to matters pending before national and international courts across EMEA, with a broad remit across content and product litigation.
  • Partner and coordinate with key internal stakeholders such as other legal teams, public policy and communications colleagues, business and product teams.
  • Manage Outside Counsel relationships across a busy docket including with a material oversight on costs.
  • Provide internal legal advice across many subject areas, with a particular focus on assessing litigation risk when informing product development.
  • Assess legal, practical and business risks quickly and accurately and present this advice to legal and non-legal leadership.
