Responsibilities

  • The successful Associate will work in a fast paced environment in the clinical negligence, healthcare, regulatory and life sciences' team led by Managing Partner and Head of Healthcare, Joanne O'Sullivan.
  • Kennedys' Healthcare team advise clinicians, hospitals, allied healthcare professionals and their insurers on both contentious and non-contentious healthcare legal issues, including, but not limited to medical malpractice litigation, handling a large volume of sensitive and high profile cases, inquests, health law advice and regulatory matters.
  • The life sciences' team advise pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and their insurers on high profile, multi-jurisdiction litigation.
  • Contentious and non-contentious healthcare legal issues and medical product liability claims.
