Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party research suppliers to design and execute custom research studies, including both qualitative (e.g. focus groups, 1:1 interviews, ethnographies) and quantitative (e.g. surveys) research methods.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for Marketing and cross functional teams and present them in a clear, concise manner.
  • Leverage multiple data sources (including existing custom research, industry trend reports, etc.) to answer ad-hoc questions that Marketing and cross-functionals have about the consumer.
  • Seek out new research methods and suppliers to develop stronger insights more efficiently.
  • Manage the yearly research plan and budget along with Manager of Consumer Insights.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
