Responsibilities

  • Deliver profitable revenue growth through Strategic revenue management strategies
  • Maximize net revenue through the value chain by managing price architecture, trade margin management and optimizing the product portfolio.
  • Enable Key Strategies that will serve as the foundation of Hershey Canada’s Revenue Management processes. This role will:
  • Develop processes and tools to maximize net price through price optimization, mix management and promotional optimization.
  • Develop Net Price Realization activities that will support P&L targets.
  • Work directly with Sales teams and Sales Finance to build optimized, event-level annual promotion plans.
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to conduct quarterly in-year reviews of promotion effectiveness, recommending course-corrections for the delivery of increased ROI.
  • Develop, manage and execute performance management processes, including standardized KPI reporting for planning and business review purposes.
