  • Tracking and checking in samples
  • Ensure system is being updated by region
  • Ownership of accuracy of information
  • Work with region to get ETA's
  • Creating and distributing weekly reports
  • Risk assessment & trouble shooting issues
  • Check samples for accuracy
  • Work w/ regional and cross functional partners on sample accuracy & quality call outs
  • Prioritize samples by level of importance
  • Request proto, color and sheerness samples in system
  • Data Entry
  • CC Chart Maintenance Report Running
  • CC Chart updates
  • BOM Maintenance
  • Organize color sample pass offs to region / vendors
  • Send development packages / Tech Packs to region
  • Track sent packages and log in with arrival
  • Sit in handoff/color blitz / details / sample pass off meetings
  • Attend weekly Cross Functional Team meetings
  • Maintain & update weekly agendas
  • Attend Key Meetings, which may include
