  • We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact, and the role would be well suited to a 2-10 year qualified ambitious lawyer who is looking to progress their career within corporate law.

Responsibilities

  • You will be handling a broad range of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
  • You will be working with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including many private companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work.
  • You will also have the opportunity to be involved in larger deals acting for large national or international businesses.
  • You will be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow our already well-regarded practice.
  • It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
  • You will provide a first-class service to our clients, anticipating their needs in advance wherever possible, and paying meticulous attention to detail in all of your work.
  • You will have developed strong client management skills and have a strong interest in business development.
