Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for administering claims payments, maintaining claim records, and providing counsel to claimants regarding coverage amount and benefit interpretation.

  • - Data entry into department applications with accuracy, efficiency and in a timely manner.
  • - Assign work from incoming outlook boxes based upon defined assignments.
