Responsibilities

  • Define and work with a selection of new and current Azure partners for FY25 that are willing to grow their number of Azure customers.
  • Build & follow up on a plan with each partner, to achieve monthly Customer Add targets across the resellers selected and usage on Microsoft programs (AMM, DCO, Migration factory).
  • Implement a Rhythm of Business both with the Partners selected, but also with local Microsoft Stakeholders, to check on progress, but also provide feedback and help needed and implement corrective action, if required.
  • Assist partners with building compelling offers that address top customer scenarios.
  • Mobilize partners to consume Microsoft resources (e.g., Coop funds, Cloud Ascent targeting data, DMC tool) and participate in Microsoft programs (e.g., SMB customer workshops, DMC content).
  • Utilize Microsoft targeting tools like Cloud Ascent and programs and offers (like Co-op, SMB Azure Workshops or solution assessments) to drive new customer conversations and identify on-prem to Cloud migration opportunities.
  • Drive Partner outreach through all available media (email, Teams).
  • Mandatory attendance of Microsoft driven SureStep events like SureStep Summits and Bootcamps.
  • Represent Microsoft's' products and work toward the Pitch Perfect Badges in place as a pre-condition.
  • Active participation within the SureStep Community to do best-practice sharing.
  • Align impact of Top Resellers with the Co-op investments of the Indirects.
  • Use Cloud Ascent data and drive GTM execution of the Cohort “Migrate and Secure Windows SQL and Linux Estate.”
