Responsibilities

  • Own the partner & courier branding strategy and budget, to establish the most effective and efficient ways of maximising brand awareness on the streets
  • Own partner and courier branding distribution activities, and manage stock requirements with the Buying & Logistics team in line with the teams’ plans and needs
  • Build innovative and impactful branding toolkits for restaurants and grocers to promote their partnership with Just Eat, accounting for variations in partner type, location, consumer perceptions and beyond
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our diverse partner and courier audience, to identify the best ways to drive engagement and kit usage based on their needs and wants
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify new branding avenues and opportunities, ensure a seamless activation experience and maximise buying & distribution efficiencies
  • Own KPI reporting and performance forecasting across the partner estate and courier network on a national and local level, identifying & improving upon opportunity areas
  • Manage a multiple agency relationships including setting goals, tracking performance and ensuring delivery of desired objectives & outcomes
  • Develop and retain a high performing B2B Activation team of 2
