Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert knowledge of our dining menu and cocktail recipes
  • Successfully assemble/serve multiple bar/table orders simultaneously, quickly and consistently
  • Continual assessment of guest’s experience by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and proactively addressing guest needs in a timely manner
  • Be well-versed in not only the food and drinks we serve but also our 1UP VIP Loyalty and Selling programs
  • Ring up accurate tabs in the POS system and process transactions quickly
  • Cleans and sanitizes bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
  • Perform general maintenance and cleanliness of bar, bar areas, beer coolers, and liquor storage
  • Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties - opening, mid, closing checklists
  • Assess guest demeanor and follow alcohol awareness procedures, promptly reporting any concerning behavior to management
  • Shares in Barback and Prebus/bus responsibilities as needed
  • Assist others and perform additional duties as directed
