Responsibilities

  • Als begeleider maatschappeijke zorg ben je onderdeel van een zorgteam, waarbij je met je collega’s helpende, verzorgende en verpleegkundige op de afdeling zorg draagt voor onze bewoners met dementie.
  • Jouw expertise is gewenst in het creëren en onderhouden van een therapeutisch woon- leefklimaat, waarvan groepsdynamica en het gericht inzetten van activiteiten onderdeel zijn.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je jouw zorg collega’s bij bewoners met gedragsproblematiek, waarbij het geven van de juiste 1 op 1 begeleiding belangrijk is.
  • Naast deze begeleiding is het verlenen van ADL zorg ook onderdeel van je takenpakket.
