Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sie leiten fachlich und organisatorisch unseren Bereich Clubleistungen & Kommunikation, bestehend aus den Teams Verkehr, Verkehrssicherheit & Umwelt, Motorsport, Klassik & Ortsclubs sowie Kommunikation & Social Media / Presse & Kooperationen und verantworten übergeordnet das Budget für unsere ideellen Aktivitäten und richten diese wirkungsorientiert aus.
  • Als Bereichsleitung tragen Sie die Verantwortung, dafür, dass die vielfältigen ideellen Themen unseres Regionalclubs wirksam umgesetzt und in der Öffentlichkeit sichtbar werden. Bei der Weiterentwicklung der ideellen Aktivitäten binden Sie unsere ehrenamtliche Basis aktiv ein und entwickeln dafür zeitgemäße Angebote und Formate.
  • Die gemeinsamen Interessen unserer Mitglieder im Bereich Mobilität bereiten Sie für die Vertretung gegenüber politischen, gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Entscheidern in Deutschland vor, insbesondere zu innovativen Themen aus verkehrsübergreifender Perspektive.
  • Sie entwickeln strategische und operative Ziele sowie Maßnahmen zur Optimierung unserer Clubleistungen und zur Förderung des Engagements unserer Ortsclubs.
  • Unsere Kommunikations- und Öffentlichkeitsaktivitäten steuern Sie zielgerichtet und konzipieren neue Formate zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit unseres Vereins. Sie pflegen das vorhandene Netzwerk zu Politik, Institutionen und Verbänden und bauen es weiter aus.
  • Sie leben unsere Führungsleitlinien aktiv vor und fördern eine moderne Führungskultur unter Berücksichtigung unserer Vereinswerte.
