Responsibilities

  • Als Financial Accountant (m/w/d) bist du für die Erfassung und Überwachung von Geschäftsvorfällen, Vermögens– und Anlagebeständen in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen zur Ermittlung der Ertragslage und Absicherung des gesamtwirtschaftlichen Erfolgs verantwortlich.
  • Eigenständige Durchführung ausgewählter Aufgaben zur Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS sowie Beantwortung von Rückfragen der Wirtschaftsprüfer zu diesen Themen
  • Durchführung von Kontenanalysen, Abstimmung zwischen SAP und Vorsystemen (Haupt- und Nebenbüchern), Bearbeitung von Verarbeitungsfehlern
  • Überwachung von Inventuren, Abstimmung von Anlagebeständen, Durchführung von Korrekturen, Beantwortung von Rückfragen
  • Bildung, Bearbeitung und Buchung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen, inkl. Erstellung der Rückstellungsspiegel, Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Abwicklung und Buchung von Zinssicherungsgeschäften und Refinanzierungsmaßnahmen, inkl. ABS-Transaktionen
  • Recherche und Vorformulierung von Stellungsnahmen zu bilanzrechtlichen Fragestellungen, Pflege von Bilanzstrukturen, Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Kontrollen. Erstellung von Meldungen z.B. an die Bundesbank, Meldungen gemäß AWV sowie Konzernmeldungen
  • Umsetzung von Teilaufgaben aus fachbereichsbezogenen Projekten und Anforderungen aus Markt, Markfolge und Regulatorik, eigenständige Durchführung von Tests für Projekte und Releasewechsel, Überarbeitung von Dokumentationen
