Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned region to ensure that all lease data is maintained and updated in accordance with RBI internal quality standards.
  • Liaise with landlords and franchisees on matters such as year-end reconciliations, Property maintenance, lease interpretation, site disputes and escalations.
  • Ensure the integrity of the lease data within the system including the monthly payment of rent, budgeted CAM, taxes, year-end reconciliations, and other ah-hoc billings.
  • Assist in the delivery of property tax reviews, Lease audits & process improvement.
  • Prepares correspondence relating to rent adjustments, outstanding payments, CAM costs, Site Issues, etc.
  • Oversee our Non-Restaurant Property portfolio and establish maintenance schedules and day-to-day management.
  • Manage our bad debt and collection activities as well as tenant arrears
  • Other duties as assigned
