  • Monitor Customer Phone Call Queue, including answering and addressing all customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing.
  • Create Salesforce Work tickets and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions.
  • Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.
  • Gathering and summarizing supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.
  • Setting performance standards and ensuring that the appropriate coverage is in place to meet or exceed service goals.
  • Align Billing practices with interdepartmental teams EG: Accounts Receivable.
