Responsibilities

  • - Accurately enter time sheets into Sage 300. Ensures all laborer hours are verified with the field supervisors and correctly classified to proper jobs.
  • - Coordinate with subcontractors for processing of certified payroll reports.
  • - Effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modification, approvals, and any additional service-related to billing.
  • - Prepare invoices and bill customers.
  • - Manage assigned accounts.
  • - Ensure data is accurate and current.
  • - Process AIA billings for multiple construction projects using Sage 300.
  • - Communication with ownership to approve requisitions for all jobs.
  • - Communications with outside clients for collection purposes.
