Responsibilities

  • Development and execution the UK&I marketing calendar, aligned with UK&I Marketing and Consumer Engagement Manager & Marketing Director, and the Global Brand
  • Where relevant, the creation and development of UK initiatives to drive the category forward, based on a full understanding and analysis of the market
  • The timely execution of all launch plans and follow-through, analysis and recommendations for the future from key learnings, ensuring all are delivered within budget
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to determine the look and feel of all launches from an in-store perspective, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Ownership of forecasting process for all new launches, samples & GWP ensuring Marketing, Sales, Education, Online and Demand Planning teams are aligned, with all global deadlines being met
  • Lead the annual pricing planning process supported by the Marketing Coordinator, including pricing of new launches
  • Manage and execute the samples, GWP and testers budget across UK&I
  • Work collaboratively with the wider brand teams including National Accounts, Education, Social, PR and Online to ensure all teams are working in unison on upcoming launches and activities
  • Ensure communication to field team is delivered in a clear, engaging and timely manner ahead of any campaign or activation
  • Close communication with Global Product Marketing team to outline market needs, regarding products and campaign creative/needs. Provide regular feedback on new product launches and other programmes, as well as on local market trends and competitive activity
  • Development of key local National sets
  • Leading Pretty Powerful annual campaign, Bobbi Brown’s philanthropic mission
