You will be responsible for ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints, while also engaging and empowering our community of customers, partners, and industry advocates.
  • Brand Campaign Development: Planning, creating, and executing integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and reinforce iManage’s position as a leader in the B2B SaaS space and support overall marketing goals
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring all brand-related activities adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice, look, and feel across all touchpoints
  • Segmentation and Localization: Working closely with the Demand Generation and Field marketing teams to align brand awareness campaigns with middle-of-funnel strategies and to ensure effective localization of campaigns
  • Market Research & Insights: Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform the development of brand campaigns that stand out in the market
  • Community Building & Engagement: Collaborating with customer advocacy, social media and events to grow and engage the iManage community, including customer advocacy programs, including social media, online forums, newsletters, in-person/virtual events, and third-party platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
  • Content Creation & Curation: Working with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-impact content for campaigns and community channels, including blogs, videos, webinars, newsletters, and user-generated content
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with marketing, customer success, product, and sales teams to ensure brand and community strategies are aligned with broader business objectives
  • Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitoring the effectiveness of both brand campaigns and community engagement efforts, using analytics and feedback to optimize future initiatives. Tracking key metrics such as brand sentiment, community growth, and user engagement
  • Project Management: Working with internal teams (creative, digital marketing, sales, PR, etc.) and external partners (media agencies, influencers, event coordinators) to ensure alignment.
