Requirements

  • Consumer product brand management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other pop culture products
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Working knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Direct experience with a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital and consumer promotions
  • Passionate about creative excellence and willing to drive self and others to achieve “magic.”

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands
  • Drive the growth of Adult Puzzle category, working with U.S channel management and International subsidiaries to drive growth and profitably for the portfolio
  • Identify market trend consumer insights to build strong game product concepts and launch calendar to further the brand’s growth objectives and commercial opportunities
  • Lead planning and execution of across brand mix including (but not limited to): licensing, promotions, advertising, packaging, branding, public relations, trade shows, market research, Partner with the US Sales organization to drive brands at retail, including leading sales meeting presentations to customers and developing retailer-specific programs and activations
  • Lead brand operations including forecasting, pricing, costing, profitability analysis, and SKU rationalization and market share analysis
  • Assist in managing projects related to product development preparing new product start documents, product costing, and packaging briefs
  • Guide cross-functional partners (design, content, engineering, packaging) throughout the product development process in coordination with respective cross-divisional brand teams.
  • Regularly audit and understand POS performance, competitive landscape and trends to generate new product, licensing and digital marketing opportunities
  • Liaise with International Brand Marketing Manager to ensure communication and execution of strategies are understood and all opportunities for INTL business are captured, while devising innovative strategies for growth
