Responsibilities

  • Managing resource allocation across brand strategies and tactics
  • Define local demand & provide local competitive intelligence, analyze market and competition
  • Monitor execution with the different stakeholders (media/digital, commercial and trade)
  • Monitor GTN execution according with the plan (discounts, visibility, customers programs, etc)
  • Lead monthly forecasting and demand planning
  • Localize brand assets and development of creativities for various channels, incl. project management (e.g., prepare media brief and define media plans for each country)
  • Localize POS / HCP content (for all channels) liaising with MRL for approval and Media & Digital for execution with external agencies
  • Lead tailored-made initiatives/projects across the zone (e.g. innovation, amplification of global campaigns, etc)
  • Define price and margins according to Global price structure recommendation and assortment x channel together with commercial
  • Define key messages and engaging material to present in front of large audiences
  • Monitor trade plan execution
  • Build working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication
