Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Brand Marketing Department and cross functional collaborations with a focus Sales.
  • Deep dive into processes at Red Bull Germany (Brand/Field Marketing, Key Account and Field Sales Management as well as Trade Marketing).
  • Build on this knowledge, combining it with creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to support cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.
  • Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s brand marketing.
  • Support the team in designing and executing innovative, impactful & inspirational consumer activations to increase our consumers brand love.
  • Generate insights and new/ unexpected ideas by thinking creatively and analytically.
  • Support the Insights Manager for data preparation and reporting at national and global level.
  • Understand the meaning und power of occasion messaging and support the team for excellence execution of our 360° brand campaigns.
  • Get an idea of the needs of our consumer via supporting the CRM Team within all brand related interactions.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of media planning and new (digital) ways of communication.
  • Build your own network within the marketing and sales organization to facilitate workflows and idea creation.
  • Become the “go to person” when it comes to internal selling and external reporting of great creative concepts, campaigns and new strategic pillars of brand marketing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the department’s direction: help & challenge to sell.
  • Join the trade marketing colleagues to understand the POS tool cycle, actively contributing to the day-to-day work.
  • Take over a project around "insights into action" (e.g. evaluation of a specific promotion/product launch and translate the gained insights and findings into concrete proposals and action steps for the future).
  • Get to know the field work (tasks and routines) by supporting the field team in a specific sales drive/mission.
  • Based on this executional experience join a key account team to jointly work on a customer/project.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the department’s direction: help & challenge to sell.
