Responsibilities

  • Turns data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensures these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.
  • With a focus on the younger segment of the target group, monitors the consumer’s perception about brand and products.
  • Always has the "consumer" and "brand" eye in every single project and ensures we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital, social media, POS, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
  • Supports marketing peers and colleagues as well as on/off premise and trade marketing with their projects. Works closely with International HQ specialists on different projects.
  • Collaborates & ensures synergy on any trade/marketing initiatives with strong focus also on Red Bull events and special projects.
  • Develops and implements the ideal country-specific advertising plan, in synergy with the internal Senior Media Manager, ensuring international and local learnings, taking best practices into consideration and with the right level of digital and social media integration.
  • Manages the creative agency and supports the Brand Marketing Team in creating branding, creatives and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions and with an Omnichannel approach (eg. GDO, Vending, ATL, BTL, eComm, …).
  • Ideation and realization of consumer activations including concept idea, creation of digital assets and POS materials, support for the ideation and creation of paid earned managed owned media plan in collaboration with other peers.
  • Supports the creation and implementation of POS materials to communicate the consumer activation working together with trade marketing.
  • Collects all learnings to share locally and with International HQ.
