Responsibilities

  • Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, pre-sales, sales, system architects and customer support) to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and translate into commercial offers. Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer requested timeline and feasibility.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and positioning. Collaborate with product managers to feed market and user trends for product roadmap.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze user data and product usage metrics, system performance, using various analytical tools to provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • User Stories & Use Cases: Develop user stories and use cases to help sales teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, both within the software product and within the company's operational processes. Provide recommendations for solutions that enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
