Responsibilities

  • As part of the "Business Development" department of the Kepler Cheuvreux group, you will join a dynamic team. In direct collaboration with the project team and the Group COO, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to their transformation into projects, both in terms of digital transformation and operational efficiency review. The goal is to improve performance and mitigate risks related to the Group's activities to align with the risk appetite defined by the executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements.
  • Analyze data and propose recommendations for improving existing processes and solutions.
  • Contribute to the implementation and development of digitalization and process optimization solutions.
  • Write functional specifications, reports, and project monitoring documents.
  • Assist project managers in managing cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
  • Take charge of managing a portfolio of projects autonomously.
  • Participate in testing phases of new solutions or modifications to existing systems to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Support the calculation and tracking of performance indicators related to the Group's activities.
