Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HCM module, master data and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Partner with Oracle consultants and internal teams to support HCM configuration and ensure proper integration with other Oracle enterprise modules.
  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) and provide guidance on issue resolution.
  • Assist with Oracle HCM Core HR design configuration, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the use of Oracle HCM Cloud to improve HR processes, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Help develop and deliver training materials and user documentation to ensure end-users are proficient in using Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist with user inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular system reviews with HR and business teams to ensure ongoing system alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manage communication between internal teams and Oracle support or consulting teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on implementation progress, issues, and milestones.
  • Ensure accurate data migration from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, including data validation and reconciliation.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards within Oracle HCM Cloud, supporting HR analytics and decision-making.
