  • Audit service delivery processes, including installation, maintenance, and repair of products and review and approve related costs
  • Manage relationships with service partner and distributor for service, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations. SPOC for Bose on all matters related to Service partner
  • Check and verify all service invoices and reimbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • BIS/ETA & MRP labeling, coordinates India shipments from DDB1 and DSZN, and resolves customs clearance issues for partners, distributors etc
  • Supports government audit closures for old cases in India by working closely with the finance team to arrange required customs and shipping documents and information for the Indian government
  • Demand Planning: local reports and analysis related to forecasts - working with sales and demand planning to do analysis on the forecasts
  • Collaborate with global product compliance and certification teams
  • Manage local consultants and distributors to ensure timely submission of certification applications
  • Follow up with relevant ministries, certification bodies, and distributors to track the progress of certifications
  • Ensure all products meet local regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date records of certifications
