Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to ensure our continued BD success, focusing, on among other things, on these areas:
  • Strategy, structure and processes: Develop, implement and continuously refine strategies to identify and secure new creator network partners and other partnerships that drive TikTok LIVE revenue, as well as supporting structures and processes to enable business success
  • Lead Generation: Source and identify new creator network prospects through various inbound and outbound channels, incl. TT Live, LinkedIn, social media, e-mail, events, conferences, etc. Maintain a CRM pipeline with consistent data hygiene.
  • Pitching: Present the TikTok LIVE Creator Networks program to new prospects, qualify them, and secure partnerships.
  • Signing: Support new creator network partners in the contract signing process, utilizing TikTok's commercial legal teams and other cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Handover: Ensure proper handover of new creator network partners to Account Management team, facilitate onboarding programs where needed. Monitor success and use as feedback loop to inform further refinement of new creator network selection criteria
