Requirements

  • Experience in identifying FM, Projects and Decarbonisation business opportunities and be able to develop, manage and nurture business relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of a marketing approach to customers, their objectives and the sales cycle.

  • In-depth knowledge of the TFM/Hard FM sector, preferably within the Public Sector or adjacent markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying sector market opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies
  • Review existing accounts with Account Directors, Managers, and Account Managers across the Amey business to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Enhancing our Frameworks and current opportunities available
  • Analysing competitor information to inform business strategies.
  • Supporting single or multiple pipeline opportunities, including travel for customer meetings, industry events, site visits, and team workshops.
  • Developing and delivering efficient processes to support new business development
  • Use Miller Heiman methodology to gather and assess information on Single Sales Objectives including the production and review of Gold, Blue and Green Sheets and updating the Amey CRM
  • Produce and present Governance packs for Gate 1 (approval to pursue) stages and support later governance stages
  • Developing and managing key pipeline client relationships, representing Amey during pre-bid and delivery phases.
  • Gathering and analysing client information, including requirements, stakeholder mapping, and competitor intelligence using Amey’s Miller Heiman and CRM tools.
  • Creating and implementing Campaign Plans for key client opportunities, collaborating with the Work Winning Team to ensure a seamless process
  • Managing SME resources to meet workload demands and deliver outline solutions/proposals economically and timely
