Responsibilities

  • 🚀 Building, qualifying and nurturing new accounts.
  • 🚀 Having in-depth conversations with prospective customers about their needs, then communicating those needs to the rest of the team (sales) - you will be responsible for helping us stay customer-centric.
  • 🚀 Prospecting and building a pipeline of great accounts.
  • 🚀 Collaborating and working with different members of the Marketing and Sales teams to build a scalable, repeatable top-of-funnel process. That means everyone from Product Marketing, to Demand Generation, to Account Executives, to Technical Account Managers to Customer Success Managers, to Leadership.
  • 🚀 Serving as the voice of the customer and sharing feedback with the rest of the company— particularly with the Sales, Product, and Delivery folks.
  • 🚀 Sharing your experience, learning, and knowledge with the team: we want to see growth for everyone at Beamery, i.e. be an immaculate cross-colaborator
  • 🚀 Work cross functionally to identify improvements to systems and processes with a Finance interaction and implement changes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
