Responsibilities

  • Proactively execute market and product analyses and communicate their results, in order to help the commercial teams (Sales & Marketing) understand trends, where the brands are over/underperforming and insights into our customers’ use of our products.
  • Develop thorough, meaningful and insightful field force effectiveness analytics and sales performance reporting for the Sales team
  • Based on the Strategic Direction of the brands and the sales tactical plans, recommend Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and associated targets to assess sales and marketing execution
  • Provide recommendations to Marketing on Customer Segmentation and Customer Journey initiatives by analysing primary and secondary data.
  • Lead the development and accurate execution of Return On Investment analyses on pertinent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence manager to ensure that meaningful Dashboards and automated reports are being delivered and support decision making for Sales & Marketing stakeholders
  • Contribute to the Annual brand planning by leveraging analytical expertise to help identify opportunities-threats to brand growth and answer strategic questions.
  • Identify areas that could benefit from market research insights and feed this into marketing; contribute to brand team’s identification of actionable insights from market research results
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Business Insights team in order to ensure best practice sharing, consistency and standardization in analytics across brands and business units
