Responsibilities

  • Lead Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the end-to-end execution of major cross-functional growth, optimization, planning and profitability initiatives, fostering alignment on business priorities across teams.
  • Strategic Finance Initiatives: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, working collaboratively to implement data-driven decision-making processes and frameworks.
  • Business Performance Analytics: Work in tandem with the Business Analytics / Development team on scoping, development and maintenance of business performance analytics tools aimed to derive insights and optimization recommendations for marketing, operating, pricing, etc..
  • Process Development and Optimization: Work with cross-functional / shared services teams (eg. accounting, legal, HR, IT, etc.) to understand the need / alternatives for process improvement, develop optimization initiatives and project manage implementation.
  • Materials Creation and Management: Coordinate and prepare materials and supporting analysis for board meetings, company all-hands meetings, investor discussions, and other external C-level projects.
