Responsibilities

  • Close partner to PG leads, providing strategic thinking on how to grow, scale, and run their teams effectively
  • Lead projects to create business value, aligning multiple stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional organization-wide initiatives such as budget planning, goal setting, and organizational transformation projects
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholder and team members to drive transparency and track improvement
  • Work with the PG leads to track progress on strategic projects, help build decision-making frameworks, deliverables, and ensure deliverables are on track
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes
  • Develop streamlined processes and mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and communication
  • Manage and facilitate business reviews (i.e. weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, functional reviews, and other key meetings)
