Responsibilities

  • As a business process manager you establish and promote BPM frameworks as well as methodologies across the organization, develop and lead a BPM enablement program, including training, resources, and tools for stakeholders at all levels.
  • You create and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) to support BPM practitioners with best practices as well as guidance and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability in BPM practices.
  • Furthermore, you design and implement a structured approach for regular requirement as well as change gathering, analysis, and prioritization across business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • You develop templates, tools, and processes to streamline requirement documentation and validation and ensure alignment of requirements with business objectives and project outcomes.
  • For conducting discovery (HC SMART alignment) phases in project lifecycles you define and implement best practices. You collaborate with project teams to structure discovery phases, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation.
  • You facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, identify risks, and establish a shared understanding of project goals and document as well as analyze findings from discovery phases to inform decision-making and project planning.
  • In addition you develop and maintain governance structures to ensure consistency and scalability in BPM initiatives, track and report on BPM enablement, requirement management, and discovery phase metrics to measure success as well as identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and project management teams to ensure alignment on BPM initiatives. You partner with leadership to prioritize projects and align discovery efforts with strategic objectives and provide guidance as well as support to cross-functional teams during the requirement gathering and discovery phases.
