Responsibilities

  • Work with GxP Operations Managers to successfully develop, maintain and deliver the annual inspection programme and the raising purchase orders, requisitions and managing invoices for GxP operations.
  • Support office-based assessments as required and in accordance with the documented quality system ensuring any issues arising are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Overseeing and management of project work within the Authorisation Lifecycle Unit.
  • Monitoring and management of dedicated Serious Breaches, Freedom of Information (FOIs) requests, ACCESS and ORBIS mailboxes. Ensuring accurate records and audit trails for all workflow tracking systems available, procedure spreadsheets.
