Responsibilities

  • Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project materials to ensure the quality of the test suites being developed.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance.
  • Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all developed test objects and utilized test environments.
  • Create and maintain job aids and procedures associated with testing standards for the Card marketing validation team.
  • Support production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows.
  • Identify process gaps with a keen eye and streamline processes effectively.
