Responsibilities

  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Office
  • The Deputy Manager Sourcing drives the supplier management processes to meet company objectives.
  • Collaborates with a cross-functional team of project management, technical, quality, finance and other key colleagues to prioritize sourcing initiatives, develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, supports spend migration from incumbent to preferred suppliers, and runs preferred supplier relationships.
  • You will be actively handling Procurement to Pay (P2P) process.
  • Monitor market intelligence and key trends to refine buying plans to support business requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts to ensure fair market value while protecting our company's interests.
  • Handle inflation, sourcing savings, and purchased-part variances (PPV) to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations leadership to handle inventory and supply demands against the forecasts for standard product lines.
  • Work closely with the project teams to ensure material deliveries and sourced products are aligned to meet customer expectations.
  • Actively participate in New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) teams to help secure materials and vendor contracts.
