Responsibilities

  • Create and edit AutoCAD drawings as directed.
  • Complete construction drawing packages for tender and construction.
  • Liaise with Merchandising and Operations departments to update drawings as required.
  • Assist in project scheduling and deficiency follow-up as needed.
  • Manage multiple store drawing projects simultaneously as required.
  • Collaborate with Construction field personnel to ensure drawing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Administrator to support equipment orders and project tenders.
  • Strategize with vendor partners to ensure all equipment specifications are accurate in drawings.
  • Participate in field visits and meetings as requested by management.
  • Promptly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain computer-based filing system for store drawings.
  • Monitor and track project progress.
  • Keep internal drawings up to date.
  • Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
  • Any special projects, as assigned.
