Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-launch activities, including: campaign builds, site list adjustments, snippet generation, and other tasks
  • Own pacing & delivery of campaigns
  • Accurate campaign setup and on-time launch; maintain proper budgeting within ad servers to limit leakage or over-run revenue
  • Communicate with Sales Planning team when campaigns are under-pacing, to secure additional inventory
  • Work with Client Services Manager to optimize campaign performance against client KPIs and communicate when faced with campaign pacing issues
  • Provide 1st & 3rd party reports on scheduled or ad hoc basis
  • QA line items to ensure proper set up, ensuring various types of creative tags and pixels are properly trafficked within DFP
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently before escalating to next level
  • Submit troubleshooting tickets within selected ticketing management system
  • Update campaign trackers with correct campaign/placement/line item information and 3rd party delivery
