  • Experience in Amazon DSP with end-to-end setup, troubleshooting, retail media and Amazon-specific formats.

Responsibilities

  • Fully capable and an expert on end to end campaign support - pre-sale RFP feasibility checks, campaign set up, optimization across self-serve (programmatic) and direct (Managed Service) campaigns, pacing, and billing.
  • Responsible for directly supporting Partner Management team and the clients’ operational needs through the life cycle of a campaign from pre-sale to post-launch.
  • Focused on supporting campaigns from a performance standpoint, having in-depth understanding and knowledge of optimization tactics & best practices for scale/delivery.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and delivery issues and work with solutions teams to solve when necessary.
  • QBR/wrap ups & ad hoc reporting; has a strong pulse of their Book of Business.
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide actionable and valuable insights for their PMs/clients.
  • Showcase attention to detail and demonstrate ability in following processes. Able to effectively QA internal and external deliverables, including tag generations, internal and external campaign/creative setup, reporting and client-facing materials.
  • Proactively monitor data to identify liquidity blockers.
  • Work with manager on projects/initiatives outside of account work that support TripleLift goals.
  • Work with product to help define features and drive enhancements.
  • Understands TripleLift capabilities and tech stack to make well informed and smart recommendations.
