Responsibilities

  • Oversee university recruiting (full-time and internship) for universities in the geography;
  • Work with internal hiring managers and teams to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and identify attraction strategies;
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, careers centres);
  • Manage overall candidate lifecycle and communication (marketing, sourcing, assessment, offer and attraction processes);
  • Support reporting and operations. Create reports and analyse data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing data-driven insights on our investments. Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends;
  • Understand and market CRA's unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events;
  • Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events;
  • Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customisation of interview schedules and recruiting teams;
  • Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse);
  • Support other Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives in Europe and globally.
