The primary responsibility of the Campus & Graduate Recruiter is to oversee full life-cycle university recruitment for both full-time and internship roles, as well as to work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to coordinate operational processes that support the acquisition of top talent.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant full-time work experience is required, along with 2-4 years of related work experience in university recruiting, preferably in a complex, fast-paced environment such as consulting or professional services.
Is prior experience with applicant tracking systems necessary for this role?
Yes, experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, and other recruiting technologies such as Indeed and LinkedIn, is desirable.
