Responsibilities

  • Campus Operations - 70 %
  • Under the direction of the Operations Coordinator, serves as a primary point of contact, internally and externally, for all activities related to campus
  • Act as a liaison and providing hospitality to incoming visitors which could include students and staff from other locations, business partners, and prospective students
  • Complete administrative duties, including but not limited to assisting faculty with printing handouts, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining campus inventory
  • Provide customer service and answer general questions of students and faculty, which may include troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with classroom technology
  • Trained in all safety procedures and systems, including RAVE, CPR/AED, building access, emergency facilities processes, etc.
  • May serve as Operations point person while on duty
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Event Support - 30%
  • Serve as campus event assistant, serving the needs of internal and external constituents
  • Remain accessible throughout the event for emergencies, questions, concerns, information, and assistance that pertains to event/program. Serve as host at registration table
  • At times, assist Event Specialist in planning and producing major events
  • Assist in event set up and break down
  • Monitor events to ensure a positive, professional experience for all attendees and provide additional support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
