  • Identifies, pursues and delivers new business opportunities with new and existing customers that drives profitable revenue growth.
  • Aggressively monitors and quickly responds to opportunities in the market to identify ways to beat the competition
  • Ability to present and influence through storytelling and KPI’s.
  • Thorough understanding of business metrics including retail math, operational and inventory KPIs. Ex: Sales, Margin, Inventory, AUR, Turns, Sell Thru%, In-stocks, Fill Rates, Reporting & Analytics with the ability to convert insights into positive recommendations.
  • Thorough understanding of P&L (profitability report) to ensure a clear understanding of how their role has a direct impact on Revenue, Dilution, GP%, AUSPs, COGs, product mix implications, monthly forecast, and weekly shipping updates.
  • Maintains working knowledge of market trends, and the competitive landscape.
