The primary role of the Case Manager, Reception & Placement is to provide intensive case management and direct services to newly arriving refugee and immigrant clients during their initial 30 to 90-day Reception and Placement program service period.

The position requires a BA degree or equivalent professional experience, along with three years of previous work experience in refugee or immigrant-related services, or in social services.
Is bilingual ability preferred for this role?
Yes, bilingual ability in the primary caseload language for assigned ethnic community groups (such as Pashto, Dari, Russian, or Ukrainian) is preferred.
