Responsibilities

  • In de functie van casemanager is er volop ruimte voor jouw inbreng en ideeën.
  • We zoeken geen 'standaard casemanager', maar iemand die graag zijn eigen stempel drukt en creatief bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van de rol.
  • We zoeken een casemanager met ervaring die naast het op orde houden van de dossiers en voeren van coachende gesprekken, een duidelijke visie heeft op preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
