Responsibilities

  • CPO Document Requests:
  • Processing CPO document requests in the SAP system.
  • Master Data Management:
  • Identifying and correcting master data errors in the system.
  • Collaborating with the respective district managers to carry out master data corrections.
  • Field Force Support and CPO Verification Process:
  • Supporting inquiries regarding the CPO verification process from field force employees and retailers.
  • SPOC for CPO Self-Service:
  • Acting as the main point of contact (SPOC) for all CPO self-service activities of the Area Sales Managers.
  • Customer Support:
  • Proactively examining individual cases in collaboration with the field force team regarding the last customers who are not yet CPO-capable.
