What are the main responsibilities of a Casual Merchandiser?
You will represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel, negotiate, sell, and build displays to optimize store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
What is the required availability for this position?
Flexibility is important, with availability required between Wednesday to Friday, and potential for additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.
How long will I be working in a year?
You will work between 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period from mid-December to the first week in January.
Will I have support in this role?
Yes, you will be supported by a Territory Sales Manager, but you'll need to work autonomously to be successful.
What qualifications or attributes are preferred for this role?
Ideally, you should have a current, valid driver's license, a safe reliable vehicle, ability to lift stock, proficiency in using a mobile device, and reside within the designated area.
Are there physical requirements for the role?
Yes, you must be physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilize Nestlé’s creative point of sale.
