Responsibilities

  • Instruire et gérer les dossiers sinistres Marine, amiables ou judiciaires, relatifs principalement aux polices Facultés incluant la RC du transporteur et éventuellement Corps et Moteur, en décidant des actions à mener et des moyens adaptés à mettre en œuvre, conformément aux procédures AXA XL, afin de contribuer par son expertise à la qualité de la gestion et de la relation client.
  • Contrôler la gestion de sinistres délégués aux intermédiaires
  • Dans le cadre des pouvoirs attribués, les missions seront les suivantes :
  • Gestion de sinistres Marine et Transport :
  • Gestion des sinistres sur un portefeuille varié (sinistres complexes et/ou à fort enjeux) : Cargo industriel, Cargo Commodities, RC du transporteur, éventuellement Corps et Moteur
  • Sélectionner et désigner les experts, avocats les plus adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de chaque sinistre
  • Analyser les aspects techniques et juridiques des dossiers au regard des garanties souscrites
  • Evaluer financièrement les réserves
  • Proposer en argumentant le montant de l’indemnisation due
  • Analyser les éventuelles responsabilités et exercer les recours
  • Gestion de comptes clients incluant les Programmes Internationaux : Instruction des dossiers suivis de captive et réassurance, dans le respect des procédures en fonction des dispositions règlementaires et législatives internes et externes (Solvency II, procédures internes et compliance)
  • Participer à l’amélioration des résultats techniques :
  • Optimiser les recours à l’égard des tiers responsables
  • Contrôler les coûts
  • Proposer des améliorations de clauses
  • Participer au développement du service :
  • Créer et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail en interne, avec nos partenaires et nos clients et participer à la représentation du service sinistres Marine et Transport AXA XL en interne et externe
  • Prendre part à l'activité de la branche ainsi qu’à l'animation de l'équipe sinistres.
  • Être force de proposition en matière d’efficience
  • Vous reporterez au Claims Manager Marine.
